• Luxury shopping - sourcing high-end luxury goods

All services are provided on a consultation basis. We do not guarantee the availability of specific products or brands.

3. Client Responsibilities By engaging with our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your styling needs.
• Pay for all services and any purchased goods in full and in a timely manner.
• Acknowledge that all purchases of luxury goods are final unless otherwise stated by the seller.
• Understand that we act as a consultant and, in some cases, a broker for luxury goods but are not responsible for product defects, warranties, or authenticity guarantees unless explicitly agreed upon.

4. Payments and Fees

• All styling and consultation fees must be paid as agreed before services commence.
• Additional costs, such as purchases of luxury goods, are the client's responsibility.
• We may require a deposit for certain services, and this will be communicated in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• Refunds are not issued for completed services.
• For luxury goods sourced or brokered, refunds and exchanges are subject to the policies of the original seller or retailer.

6. Limitation of Liability We strive to provide the best possible styling and luxury brokering experience. However, we are not liable for:

• Any dissatisfaction with styling recommendations or purchased products.
• Delays in sourcing or acquiring luxury goods.
• Any financial losses related to purchases made through third-party retailers or suppliers.
• Any damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
